Wilkinson has a son with Baskett, Hank IV, who will turn 4 in December. She is about eight weeks pregnant, reports Us Weekly.
Back in February, the former Playmate told People magazine that she wasn't ready for baby No. 2, explaining that it would be too hard to maintain a social life with another tyke. But by June, Kendra sounded totally different.
"[W]e found this new energy with each other, a new love, a new fascination with each other," she said of her and Baskett's relationship following a summer trip to Big Bear, Calif. "And right now, we found the key to happiness. We have the key to marriage, we have the key to parenting, why not right now bring a new life into this world while we're happy. It just makes sense."
Then last month, Kendra, 28, stopped by HuffPost Live and admitted she and Hank, 31, had been "trying." She also revealed that if she were to have a girl, she would let her pose for Playboy.
USA Today reports that Wilkinson has already hinted that her reality show "Kendra on Top" will document her decision to have a second child, just as it has touched on the personal issues of open marriage, failure, and the stroke she suffered following her car accident.
